Last March I mentioned artist Teddy Millington-Drake a couple of times in connection with the book An Island Santuary. Now he is on my mind again because some of his works are included in Christie's upcoming October 27 sale, Robert Kime - An Eastern Perspective, and Property from a Cotswold Manor House.
Not surprisingly, the catalogue of Kime's things is exceptionally beautiful. If you would like to purchase a copy for your design library, details are here. (Thanks Tokyo Jinja for prompting me to post this before any more time passed by!)
BTW: When it comes to historic bed testers, canopies and dressings, Treasure Hunt is still a never-ending source of information. Click here to see what I mean.

Also, while I'm on Indian style, textile designer Seema Krish (remember her from this past post?) has a new online shop. To view her lovely array of pillows with silk zip pulls, click here.
