While you wait for me to post more on Charlestonian
Muffie Faith's art collection, I thought you might enjoy a peek into her shop,
Elizabeth Stuart Design.

Muffie prefers rooms that defy classification and she strives to find vintage pieces that are a bit off the beaten path, like this unusual conversation chair from the 1940s (part of a pair). If you're headed to Charleston this weekend, or anytime soon, be sure to stop in -- all in-stock seating is 25% off. Below are details of other chairs; one you'll notice is an antique that has been recovered with a popular Schumacher fabric.

Interesting global-chic accessories abound at ESD too. These Moroccan-inspired tea glasses are $11. The starfish are handmade on the Amalfi Coast and cost $38 for the small, $42 for the large. Her large glass starfish are hand-blown and cost $45. For more specifics and assistance, contact the shop. (843) 577-6272.
