Cocktail Hour

Above is a sampling of the gorgeous antique barware I spotted the other day at Interiors Market. I left without taking any pictures, but Milton was kind enough to snap some for us. Below are more cocktail accessories. Some are luxuries, others are more attainable. Hope this inspires a little weekend entertaining or antiquing.

Sterling silver flask by Gorham, circa 1891, Repousse-chased with blossoms and foliate scroll work, followed by whimsical cocktail pick, both from Beverly Bremer

Silver plate martini shaker from Madison

Vintage set of decanters wrapped in hand tooled leather with fleur de lis stoppers from Coleen & Company

William Yeoward's crystal "Jerry" cocktail shaker from Geary's

Williams Sonoma's nickel shaker

Aged glass decanter and cocktail book from Pieces

Peter Dunham's terrace speaks relaxing weekend, so I'm re-posting it. His chaises-longues are vintage Kreiss Collection, covered of course in his signature Indian prints.

Makes the phrase, "I need a drink!" so much more chic and less troublesome. The flask is utterly amazing.

One of my early 'finds' on ebay back when it was still good, was an antique waterford shaker with a sterling top - I really should photograph it -it's stunning!

The Coleen & Company leather decanters are show stoppers. Absolutely beautiful. And an amazing wedding gift.
