On the Hunt: BD Jeffries

Earthy Safari Chic, Equestrian Chic, and Jet-Set Chic have always been the focus of Atlanta's BD Jeffries. Since these looks are so in vogue, the boutique is more than ever a must visit.

Among the offerings are many pieces from Oscar de la Renta's home collection (the Kent inlaid wood tray above was, I think, actually inspired by Oscar's country home floor, but the pattern reminds me of an African textile). Equine-related works by regional artist Donna Thomas are sold through the shop, and the abundance of chic pillows will make you long for a neutral oyster-linen sofa, like Kristen Panitch's below.

BD Jeffries' website doesn't begin to convey the large array of accessories, books, glamorous lamps and chic home furnishings that fill every crevice of the brick-and-mortar shop.

Fine papers from Mrs John L Strong are also available through the Roswell Road boutique.

oooh, don't those cute little coffee tables look a bit Moroccan-esque?

Another reason to live in Atlanta. Y'all have the best shops there, it's just NOT fair!

You picked a great shop to profile! There's so much to look at that I usually have to make two or three passes around the shop.

I think it's the most crowded shop I've ever visited, but jammed with the best stuff :)
