Vintage Screen

This intricate white screen is a decorating wallop! With it's graphic punch, it could stand on it's own as the focal point in a room--especially set against a deep, rich wall color -- or the screen could be used as a subtler decorative element, maybe nestled in a corner. It would be a beautiful stand-in for a headboard too.

All of those delicate, intertwining lines remind me a bit of childhood string art projects from summer camp. But this all white piece has a sophisticated, ethereal beauty, and it might just look most amazing filtering light through a window with a less than stellar view.

I spotted the screen at Pieces. Yes, I've posted quite a few finds from Pieces lately, but I have no personal connection to the shop other than loving to shop there. Also I highly recommend the website for inspiration. Everything is vintage, with most items freshly upholstered and painted for a touch of modern glamour. New items are added often and there is a large selection to browse.
